Maybe should number these or put dates? Any suggestions?
Saturday I took two short walks 1.76 of them out the other .83 of a mile.
Today I walked 1.36 miles. When I got done it congratulated me for walking three days in a row. How cool is that!
Then it reminded me to make sure I stretched after each run.
Found more cool stuff I can choose from a basic run, distance run, time run or speed run.
I looked around the speed run . It said select a speed record from: have three records listed a fastest 1K ,fastest mile and a fastest 5K.
I thought that was cool too.
The only thing that happened today was I was walking around the neighborhood and I tripped on bump on the sidewalk and I fell. really did a number on my hand ,scraped my knees and my chin.
Most time I've been trying to walk on the side streets that are busy so I could walk in the street because they're smoother. I need to really pay attention to where I'm walking more or go somewhere where I know it's new and level.
I have enjoyed walking around my neighborhood seeing all the lawns up close and saying hello to the neighbors.
