Week 1

Just finishing up week 1...have to admit i have enjoyed having something to motivate me and make me accountable...cooked a big country breakfast for the family....which i would have normally overindulged but instead ate a kashi protein bar and some fruit....proud of myself for making the healthier steps but that is how you start...i knew if i indulged i would have binged off the deep end...but proud of myself for not giving instead pressing in and sticking to what i know to be the right yeah me!!!!
