1st Weigh In Day

I was super excited to weigh in this week! I followed my diet, I exercised every day, and drank plenty of water. I lost 3 lbs in one week!!! I'm so close to being out of the 200's, I can taste it! I haven't been that low in 6 months! I am ready to kick week 2's butt!
