The point of no return.
I turn 43 next Sunday and my decade plus of being overweight & obese needs to come to an end. I have a lot of living left to do and I want to enjoy those years. My motivation is not just for me but also my son who at the age of 21 is obese.
I do this for myself but also for him. To show him what's possible with focus and determination.
The Plan - My plan goes past the 12 week challenge and is only the beginning. It incorporates, exercise and a healthy eating. I have a weight loss goal of 26/27 pounds. That's doable considering my current weight.
Exercise - The Number 3!
3 Cycling/Spinning classes per week
3 ST sessions
3 Walks of 5 miles or more
Will try something new. Once a month I need to step outside of my comfort zone and experience something different.
Water is my friend.. I'm starting to notice my bad choices on my skin. So from now until the end of the year no more Red Bulls, Salted Carmel Mochas or (GASP) Spirits. Water is the only drink I can consume, outside of Coconut or Almond milk with my smoothies.
There are four exceptions. I'm not crazy!
I will limit my eating out to once a week, that will help my budget and also my waistline.
Eating Clean 90% of the time is the focus/ultimate goal.
