CREATIVE WRITING 101: BLC 12 WEEK PLAN

I am not real comfortable writing blogs, but I think it will help me to "go public" with my plan.
Time is one of my biggest issues. Time to exercise and time to cook. One way to make sure that I have healthy food for myself is to plan my meals ahead of time. I need to plan at least one day ahead and preferably one week ahead of time. As soon as breakfast or lunch is finished, I need to begin dinner. Either by using a slow cooker or oven simmering. No more of this running into the house starving and grab something fast. Because fast usually doesn't equal good or healthy.
I recently began using the exchange system as my weight loss plan. I have several cookbooks with the exchanges in them. So that makes it very convenient. I want to try some new recipes.
I need to go to bed earlier so I can get up earlier to begin the day with exercise. I always feel so much better and energized when I start the day with exercise. So that is one habit that I definitely need to cultivate.
I also want to track my food and exercise each day. Also water. I really need to work on this one.
The first reward I am looking forward to is a TOPS charm bracelet for my first 10# loss. They have additional charms for additional achievements. I'd like to have a whole bracelet full! : )
