I have been on a short break, so have some catching up to do. In the meantime, today's blog is: 17. Do you have any meals/snacks that you repeat over and over? What are they?
Poached eggs on toast.
Stir fry with thai green curry paste, some form of protein, a pack of frozen stir fry veggies with added green leafy like bok choy or cabbage
Meat baked in the oven with root vegetables and a wedge of cabbage, easy one dish meal.
Microwaved chicken, so quick and versatile.
Pizza made with pita bread base
Fillet steak and herby salad.
