30 day Blog challenge day 17

I have been on a short break, so have some catching up to do. In the meantime, today's blog is: 17. Do you have any meals/snacks that you repeat over and over? What are they? 
Poached eggs on toast.
Stir fry with thai green curry paste, some form of protein, a pack of frozen stir fry veggies with added green leafy like bok choy or cabbage
Meat baked in the oven with root vegetables and a wedge of cabbage, easy one dish meal.
Chickpea casserole 
Microwaved chicken, so quick and versatile.
Pizza made with pita bread base
Chicken wrap
Fillet steak and herby salad.

    I love poached eggs on toast! When I was a very little girl, I had to live with my aunt because my mother was very ill and hospitalized for weeks. My aunt made me and my uncle poached eggs on toast for breakfast. I always associate them with her.

    I now know that I'm allergic to eggs, but I do sometimes still eat an egg. Maybe next time I'll have one poached.

    I eat many sundaes with 1/2 c low carb ice cream, 1 T chocolate, and either 1 T peanut butter or 1/2 banana. I believe in indulging my sweet tooth. It keeps my from feeling deprived.

    My favorite snack right now is 7 Triscuit thins, a cheese stick, and grapes or an apple.
