Trying to eat healthy

Today I'm following the meal plan and hoping I will continue through the day .I'm not a veggie person, so I feel like I'm on fear factor everytime I eat something green.This is also my second time joining and I'm determined to push it to the limit.

    Go for the other color veggies.. yellow, red, purple.. they are all great and don't forget those fruits

    I actually take fruit and veggie supplements for those days I do not get enough in
