Workout Plan for the week of 9/17-9/23

Well I have a wacky week coming up but here's my plan.


Sunday-
PM- Jogged/Walked 3.1 miles with NerdinRed

Monday-
Nothing

Tuesday-
Fitness DVD of my choice or Zumba with my boss (depends on her schedule)

Wednesday-
AM- Hike the trail at work 1.5 miles
PM- Jog/Run/Walk my home route 3 miles in 45 minutes
100 crunches, 50 push ups
10 minutes with resistance band

Thursday-
AM- Hike trail at work
PM- nothing working late

Friday-
AM- Hike trail at work
PM- Jog/Run/Walk my home route, 3 miles in 45 minutes
100 crunches, 50 pushups
10 minutes with resistance band

Saturday-
AM- 2 hrs hiking with the husband
PM- fooling around

Sunday-
AM- fishing
PM- 2 hrs hiking with husband



This is about what I do weekly when I can keep on track (minus the zumba and the weekend hiking but I happen to be out of town this weekend)
