As a member of the Powerful Prism Panthers, I hope to lose 5 pounds and tighten and tone.

My plan is to eat 3 small low-fat, low-sugar meals a day plus 2 small healthy snacks if I'm hungry.

I also plan to exercise 120 minutes a day, six days a week. I always walk 60 minutes every morning, and every afternoon I will exercise 60 minutes using light weights 3 times a week, pilates 1 or 2 days a week, and yoga 1 or 2 days a week. Sunday I walk in the morning but take the afternoon off from exercise.

This has worked for me in the past and hopefully will work this time too! Good luck to everyone in BLC! We can do this!
