    Be careful on your 2 days of not staying in range or you could negate the 5 days you do stay in range. Most of us have our calorie range so we are 500 to 1000 calories below our maintaining range so all it would take is going over your maintaining count by 2500 calories to balance out and not lose. I hope that makes sense. I am just saying this because I basically am just learning this stuff and I messed myself up for no weight loss for quite some time before I figured it out.

    I think it is wonderful that you have such great goals!
