Gee, you would figure after 4 years on this site that I would have this down. When I track my food, I lose weight. Going to say see ya later to the 170's AGAIN very soon.

Long Run went okay. It was chilly and slightly windy at times. The first 3 miles didn't go so well. I finished 3 miles at a 10:30 pace which is a little slower than what I wanted. I was struggling from the beginning. The back half of it went better. I told Jay to head off on his own b/c I felt bad that I was slowing him down so we did different paths. He finished the back half much better and I was able to maintain my pace at a 10:30 so I was happy with that.

School is so stressful right now. I can't go into but but something happened and I am not sure if it will be resolved anytime soon. But I could end up having to take on more responsibilities for a while and I am apprehensive about that b/c I already have so much to do
