So here's my plan:
I am going to start logging everything that goes into my mouth.
I am going to keep everything in the low end of my ranges (calorie, fat, cholesterol, etc.) 3 days a week. I am going to allow myself to go to the high end of my ranges 2 days a week. I am going to keep it in the middle the other 2 days.

I am going to blog my progress, feelings, health, anything that will help me keep track of where I start and where I am on my journey.

I am going to exercise and log it daily.

I am going to make a paperclip chain, 1 clip for every pound I lose... by June, I should have 77 paper clips strung together. For each clip representing a 10 pound loss... it will be a different color and will represent a reward that I have earned.

My rewards:
220 lbs - new earrings
210 lbs - new house plant
200 lbs - new purse
190 lbs - manicure
180 lbs - George Foreman Grill
170 lbs - Massage (first one ever)
160 lbs - Manicure and Pedicure
