BLC20 - my plan

Sunday, September 16, 2012

Objective is to eat healthier:

1. Follow the Omni plan

2. Consume dense nutritional foods

3. Exercise

a. walking daily for 30 minutes

b. strength training 2 times/week

4. Meditate or read inspirational material daily

Results: Get rid of 6 lbs. that have been hanging around and to maintain the new weight.

I have been sitting on the fence for months with the scale going up and down with gay abandonment and I am sick of it. So since no one is forcing me to eat or strapping me in my chair so that I can’t exercise….

If it is up to me, then it is up to me

The difference between who you are and who you want to be is WHAT YOU DO, and what you have to do to get where you want to be may not come easy.

I hope your plan is working out for you better than mine is. My fault that it's not, of course.

Carol, great, well-thought out plan! emoticon

I sympathize with the bouncing numbers on the scale that you mentioned. I'm sick of it too!!

It looks like our admins have come out of the gate determined to boot us all along to success. Regardless of the outcome, I know we'll all be healthier at the end of 12 weeks.

Looking forward to the journey with you!

Great plan. This is manageable (losing 6 lbs over 12 weeks). Stay the course and your dream will become a reality.

Carol, I love your plan. I agree with Ferne -- I didn't think to include meditation and inspirational reading, but think that it really adds extra meat to your plan. (or is it veggies, or perhaps "dense nutritional foods." Love that one! Six pounds means only 1/2 pound a week. That is a calorie deficit of only 175 a day from your current practice. You can do it!!!
