Youve done wonderfully! Youve lost 32 lbs and have kept it off. And as wonderful as that is, YOU CAN DO BETTER!!!!
I could lecture you - more veggies, start exercising, less desserts, ...but....you know what to do. You really do. i know you do.
so lets lose some weight - how about we aim for 10lbs? Make up for some lost ground and all.
