Öso Iím now in the 240ís. :)
Last week was a bit lacklustre, so doubled down, put the work in, and kept the diet RELATIVELY clean. (except drinking with friends in the house on movie night until 6am on Friday, still gotta live!)
Being lighter and fitter (still morbidly obese technically) I find cycling and running easier now - canít wait until Iím in the 230ís, see what thatís like! I can already see on the charts how much more easily my heart is coping with running intervals. This can only be good news for a longer fitter life.
Starting to increase my lifts at the PureGym also, and will enhance that by increasing the amount of free weights over machines there.
Overall, pleased, and not stopping. :)
