goal assessment

Well yesterday was the end of the week for me. so lets review my goals
1) weigh 165
2, drink 8 glasses of water
3) exercise 10 min a day

ok technically i reached 165, like last saturday, but have since gained back a pound. my goal at this point is to weigh 160. I have no problem drinking water. When it comes to exercise I have been improving. I did not start C25K, but I have been doing some strentgh training. I did the spartacus workout the first time, but I had two issies. One it is hard (no exxuse I know) and I had issues tracking. So what I have decided to do is to do some spark generated strength training instead. I was so sore after the first time of spartacus (still am) that after taking a day off, i did the spark one instead. I still was having issues with like going down stairs. (their were lots of squats and my thighs hurt.) plus on the spartacus workout i could only do one round. )

what do you guys think?

    I thinnik you are doing good... have you read the 5k your way walk/run program? I liked it a lot because it was gradual. it lead me to a 5k and then to a 10k last year.
