My Body Is So Weird

Like really, really weird. Today, I weighed myself in the morning because I thought, well, I should do this. Somehow, I managed to gain 4 pounds in the past week and I have no clue how. The good news is that I thought, "Well, maybe I'll take a waist measurement." That didn't change at all. I also checked my hips, arms, and thighs. Not there, either. So, maybe it's me gaining muscle faster than I am losing fat. I hope that's what it is, at least. Otherwise, it's my body doing strange things that I don't understand, and I really don't like strange things I don't understand. For the time being, I'm not going to worry about it because I don't feel sick or strange or anything of that sort.

I'm nursing a sore foot today. I think it was just a little overexerted and needed a break. So, I thought I would be kind and give it a break. Luckily, that did just the trick, because I need it to behave for tonight (working the good old classy 3rd shift).

    I hope you're gaining muscle too! Don't feel bad...it happens at times that the scale is not our friend. It happened to me too. Gained 2 pounds and I looked back at my food tracker and had been eating good foods. Best wishes!
