Did some pushups and upper body exercises with the band. Did 10 minutes on the stair climber. Did some grocery shopping. Put chili on to cook in the crock pot. Scrubbed the kitchen. All before noon lol. The chili has lean ground turkey, no sodium stewed tomatoes, low sodium diced tomatoes, and lots of peppers and onions. THe mushrooms and beans will go in later. Smells really good. Time to take the rest of the day off I think and relax.
