So i am back on my weight loss journey again. I am doing my best not to have high expectations, but just taking it day by day. My biggest downfall is eating in the evening. I have been trying to get up every morning to do at least 10 or 20 minutes of exercise. That is what i can give right now, hopefully with time i get to bump that up to 30 minutes, but for now i will do what i can do.
I know it doesn't happen over night but some days are so frustrating and i only have myself to blame for slip ups. Its a learning game and i try to take something from everyday and make it better.
