I binged again.

I have been doing so well and then yesterday, I binged. I had a busy day and was stressed out and needed to eat something quick. I just didn't want my regular food. I wanted Pine Apple Pizza from Dominos. I wanted a couple slices but I did not have the will power. I ate a whole Medium pizza all by myself. It tasted amazing. Its all I ate all day.

Today I am back on track today. I still feel guilty but I own up to what I did.

From now on I will go to the pizza restaurant and just get a slice of pizza.

Yesterday was a big lesson for me. I do not have the will power I thought I had. I think part of my weight loss journey is to know my strengths and weaknesses and to adapt my plans.

I would like to hear from others about how they stopped binging?

I live alone. I know if other people had been around, I wouldn't have done it. I did feel bloated but I ate it over six hours.

    Wow How did you feel after you ate all the pizza? Did you feel bloated or ill? If so, work on those feelings next time you want to binge, remember how you felt when you let go and ate all you wanted. I, for one, know my limits on sweets and I am much better if I either don't start or eat them in front of other people. If I am by myself, it is always just one more (piece or handful doesn't matter) until I have eaten way more than I should. If I eat it front of people who know that I am trying to do a healthier lifestyle, it keeps me in check.
