I have been doing so well and then yesterday, I binged. I had a busy day and was stressed out and needed to eat something quick. I just didn't want my regular food. I wanted Pine Apple Pizza from Dominos. I wanted a couple slices but I did not have the will power. I ate a whole Medium pizza all by myself. It tasted amazing. Its all I ate all day.
Today I am back on track today. I still feel guilty but I own up to what I did.
From now on I will go to the pizza restaurant and just get a slice of pizza.
Yesterday was a big lesson for me. I do not have the will power I thought I had. I think part of my weight loss journey is to know my strengths and weaknesses and to adapt my plans.
I would like to hear from others about how they stopped binging?
