My plan for the next 12 weeks:

emoticon Keep tweaking my “lower carb” experiment (under 50% carbs)
emoticon Work on volume (lots of veggies, hot tea, and broth-based soups)
emoticon Work on protein (egg whites, whey protein powder, yogurt, beans)
emoticon Learn alternative strategies to replace emotional eating. Bored? Try cleaning. Lonely? Call Mom, make plans with friends, check email, etc. Stressed about school and needing a distraction? Make a cup of tea, or play music and take a 5-minute dance break!

emoticon I learned the hard way last month that doing too much, too fast is not good for my body. So, my plan is to climb back to fitness gently, and vary my routine more.
emoticon 12 Week Streak!! (20min/day, 5days/week)
emoticon Do more stretching and strength training

Rewards are sometimes hard for me, as I live very frugally. To reward myself for my efforts to improve my life, I’m going to work on allowing myself to:
emoticon Spend more on groceries to buy healthy food (fresh fruit & veggies!)
emoticon Buy decent-quality athletic shoes, socks, and sports bras, etc
emoticon Give myself non-food rewards (like activities, a new dress, etc)
