BLC 20 Goals and Before Pics

BLC 20 started on Wednesday, Sept 12, and I'm proud to be on the Violet Venuses team! (Can't help but think of it as Violet Man-parts, though) This is my first BLC and I doubt it will be my last. They seem very well organized and ultra motivated and supportive. I see good things happening! As part of the first weekend challenge, we are to blog our goals for the 12-week challenge. So here goes:

emoticon My goal is to lose 20lbs in 12 weeks. I know this will be a challenge, but I chose a higher number on purpose for something to reach for and I will not "fail" if I don't achieve this one.
emoticon Track all food every day and stay within calorie range and near macronutrient targets of 45% carbs, 30% fat, and 25% protein.
emoticonLimit added sugar and processed foods. I do not go so far as to cut them out completely because then my mind rebels against being restricted, but by saying I'm limiting them gets me pretty close to zero.
emoticonPlan meals for the week every Saturday and make a master shopping list.
emoticonAt least 5 freggies per day, with at least 2 of them being veggies.
emoticonComplete the 12-week streak of at least 20 minutes of exercise, 5 days per week.
emoticonComplete the 5k walking program and do my virtual 5k walk on 9/29. Then, complete the 5k walk/run program and do virtual 5k run/walk on 11/3. Finally, do another virtual 5k run/walk on 12/2 with time improvement. Look into actual 5k's.
emoticon150 exercise minutes goal for the first week, then add 15 min per week.
emoticonMeditate at least 3 times per week.
emoticonVisualize myself at goal and look at my vision collage once per day.

And now for what everyone came here to see... my before pictures! (EEEKKK!!!) I really hate looking at photos of myself. I do not look anything like this in my own mind. I'm glad the black clothes flattened out in the picture so you can't see all the bumps and lumps.

My hubster is 6'3 so I think the fact that he's taking the photo from above is making me look so short. I look like a hobbit.
