So, I started doing Insanity about a week ago and unfortunately I stopped doing it three days in due to health issues (migraines and my depression kicked in pretty badly). I'm feeling a thousand times more motivated today, though, and I have full confidence that I will stay this way. I think that I may go through each month twice because my body is very much out of shape and I am extremely clumsy. Certain moves take me forever to master and I want to achieve a decent form in order to reap the full benefits.
Here's my lovely (gross) before pictures! I've lost thirty pounds since I started this journey back in late June. I'm going to post the best picture I have of me in the very beginning of this journey and I'm going to post pictures that I had my mom take today. Pretty exciting stuff! I know that I still have a lot of work to do for my body, but I can see a huge improvement just with the thirty pounds I've lost. Obviously, as you'll see with the pictures, I carry most of my weight in my arms and my abdomen. Yay! :/ These are my problem areas and I'm hoping that with Insanity they will firm up a bit! Aaaaaannnnnnddddd, here goes some serious soul baring! I'm not going to lie, I have body dysmorphia. I think I'm smaller than I actually am and these pictures are hopefully going to be my little shove in the arse. :)
Sorry for all of the pictures, I wanted this to be a panoramic view! :)
