So today I really have not been able to do much exercise. The only exercise I have gotten in has been the 2 hours or so of walking at work. I just feel like I have been lazy today. I had to work at 9am, so I did not have time to exercise before work. I didn't get off of work until 5pm. I WAS going to go to the YMCA, but my ankles are hurting from being on them for so long today. I am hoping that my husband gets off of work on time tonight, so we can go to the Y to get some swimming done. I need to get some exercise in today other than the walking I have done. I have been so busy today that I am behind on my water intake. Usually by this time normally I would have had 80 oz of water by now, but I have only had like 30 oz of water so far today. I am disappointed in myself today. I've had around 800 calories so far today. That is not bad, but the things I have had isn't exactly the greatest, because I started getting hungry at work and I had to snack on junk food because there was nothing else. I guess it could have been worse, but I am still not happy with myself. However, I am going to keep on truckin! I will be weighing myself Monday, and we will see if there has been more progress. I am hoping that there will be. I am still trying my best! Thanks to all of my supporters out there, I really appreciate all of your comments and motivation! I read all of the comments I get.
