Shattering Food Insanity

A definition of insanity is doing the same things over and over and expecting a different result. This describes my calorie/carb intake to a tee.
I consistently eat 500-800 calories over my range. Every day. Since forever. And then I get sulky when my weight isn't coming down. This is the first time I've admitted this publicly.
So, I have a big rock in my hand. This rock is named "Plan" and I am virtually heaving it at Food Insanity.
Whew! That felt good. OK, I've broken Food Insanity and can no longer use it as an excuse. Today I took some time and planned the day. I then stuck to the plan. It's one day closer to two days. Tomorrow I will do the same thing. And so on...
Now that's some Insanity I can live with. Have a great weekend!!!
