Second Week Complete. Intense Gym Week.

8/9/12----- Saturday
No exercise on sat or sunday this week after first week of exercise. I watched my calorie intake and stayed within range.
9/9/12----- Sunday
No exercise on sat or sunday this week after first week of exercise. I watched my calorie intake and stayed within range.
10/9/12--- Monday
Gym in the morning on eppilator and bicycle. I watched my calorie intake and stayed within range.
11/9/12--- Tuesday
Gym in the morning on eppilator and bicycle. I watched my calorie intake and stayed within range.
12/9/12--- Wednesday
Gym in the morning on eppilator and bicycle. I watched my calorie intake and stayed within range.
13/9/12--- Thursday
Gym in the morning on eppilator and bicycle. I watched my calorie intake and stayed within range.
14/9/12--- Friday
Gym in the afternoon on eppilator and bicycle upped time and intensity. I watched my calorie intake and stayed within range.

Weigh in ive have it checked by partner to ensure its correct and i have lost another 13 lbs.

Thats 28lb in total in 2 weeks.

Really happy..

Sorry not as much effort in this post as i have had 10 minuted to through it together..

Ill try and put more detial in next weeks post.

i have before pics due to general pics on holiday week before started but other than that, im not taking pics as i am embarressed of the size ive become and can not bring myself to let anyone take a pic..

    Congrats! Sounds like you might have dropped a bit of water weight, make sure you are hydrating appropriately with all of your hard work!

P.S. What is an eppilator?
