How many of you reach for the wrong foods when you're in a hurry, just because it's easily accessible? I know I do, and I'm not nearly as busy as most people (just lazy!).
I've found a couple of ways that even a lazy person can make better food choices throughout the day. Cutting up veggies, making individual hamburger patties, a quick oatmeal breakfast ... what other ideas can you come up with?
