BLC 20: 12 Week Plan

Goals for BLC20, 12 Week Challenge:
I would love to lose at least 15lbs
I have a bad habit of wanting sweets, especially when I don't need them. I am going to eat fruit instead of going for the unhealthy sweets. I'm not going to cut myself cold turkey.. Maybe one small cookie a week, if it is in my calorie range"1300".
I am going to increase my workout minutes. I have to gt at least 360 minutes a week. That's not too bad. I'd like to reach 400 minutes a week, and increase throughout the challenge.. Anything is Possible!!
I want to start doing Zumba and continue doing my Kinect workouts as well.
One other thing I sometimes struggle with is getting in my strength training, this is a must to reach my weightloss goal. I will do ST 3 times a week.
I'm going to start taking my own lunch to work, no mor eating out on a daily basis..
I need to find a way to get more water intake, it is a little more challenging at work to do this, and i'm going to make it a goal to get it done! I love nice cold water!
