Was swamped yesterday with physics HW, but was able to fit in two short Sparkpeople resistance band workouts. 7min upper body & 5min lower body. Better than nothing! (and that's the attitude you must keep!!) Yesterday I had a sore throat that seemed to be getting worse throughout the day and I woke up this morning with swollen glands, I attribute this to going out Tuesday night and wearing shorts while I should've been wearing pants, smoking cigarettes socially, being outdoors and not getting sleep til 4am. Awesome. (sarcasm). Anyways. So today I'm going to take it easy, no dog walk because it is raining so I'm going to either jump on the treadmill or recumbent exercise bike (probably the latter) this afternoon and/or do some yoga or pilates, some form of stretching. Taking it easy but still being active! And I am not going to beat myself up about this because IT HAPPENS, and thankfully, I've already burned 803 out of the recommended 560 calories this week, and completed 166 minutes out of the recommended 180 mins. :)
