for the first time since I started I gained. I knew it was comming (since I weigh myself durring hte week, i just count friday as my officaial weigh in day.) I overall have been keeping within my calories but have not been making the best choices within those calories, and then going over a few times have pushe me up.
so i need to start making better choices again.
But NOW I need to move forward and not dwell on today's weight, rather look forward to next weeks weight. What is done is done. It can't be undone. All I can do is make better decisions in the future.
My goals are still 160, no soda, and exercise daily.
i have been doing great on no soda, and have been working on exercising. I am at 166, so I am a little away from my short term goal on weight, but I will get there.
