A is for ABOVE and BEYOND...Does competition push you? ~ Yes everyone always want's to do at least as well as everyone else

B is for BLC rounds... Newbie?(first BLC round) Newbie

C is for have? ~ 3. Daughters 25, 23, and almost 19 the end of October

D is for DOWNFALL...what's you're biggest temptation? ~ Chocolate

E is for EARLY Bird or Night Owl? ~ Both

F is for FURRY have? ~ A cat and a Corgi puppy Had another dog lost her last November right before Thanks Giving (bone Cancer)

G is for GROCERIES...what do you fill your cart with? ~ I shop for veggies, fruit, almond milk, breads, chicken, tuna, cereal,

H is for HOME...what state do you call home? ~ Missouri

I is for INSPIRE...who or what is your roll model/inspiration? ~ I like to find out that regular people I have met on (SP) and others have been able to lose the weight, and they did it without surgery. But with SP

J is for JOB...What do you do for a living? ~ A school crossing guard

K is for KEEP IT SIMPLE...What's your focus when short on time? ~ try to get some exercise time

L is for LOG...Do you use the Nutrition and Fitness trackers?~ I'm prety good with the Fitness tracker but not as well with the nutrition tracke. I can't always find the foods that i'm eating

M is for MARRIED, Single, Involved? ~ very married, 29 this year

N is for NAME...What's the meaning behind your sparkname? ~ Well I love snow and I think that yoga is really relaxing, and it seem like your (balanced) when doing it and thats what i'm looking for. Balance

O is for OUNCES...How many ounces of water do you consume on a daily basis? ~ I probably average 80 oz or more

P is for PRODUCE...How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily? ~ probable 5-8 I love them

Q is for QUOTE...what's your favorite? ~ from Eat Pray Love (Why did you come here, I wanted to find my Balance!)

R is for ROUTINE...Average number of days and minutes you exercise weekly?~ I try to get in about 30 to 60min 5-6 days a week, but trying to do more

S is for STATURE...How tall are you? ~ 5'9 or 5'10

T is for TIME...What time zone are you in? ~ Central time

U is for UNWIND...What is your favorite pass time or hobby? ~ I like to read, crochet, knit, sew, walk in the woods.

V is for VACATION...If you could travel anywhere, what destination would you choose? ~ right now my youngest daughter and I want to do Italy, India, & Bali it's the Eat Pray Love trip

W is for WEIGHT WORKOUT...Do you follow a consistent ST program? ~ No, but I know that I really need to.

X is for "X" MARKS THE SPOT...What do you want to see happen these 12 weeks, other than the scale move? ~ I would like to be more consistent with the SP website and making me do more me time exercise.

Y is for YESTERDAY...Do you dwell on poor choices or allow them to push you forward?~ I used to be a dwell but I'm working at it

Z is for one weight loss tool you couldn't live without? ~ my shoes, and puffer
