...well some people suck...in all my 50+ years I have never been as insulted as I was today.

My life is crazy busy, working full-time, mother, wife and dealing with a husband that is ill. On top of all this I'm also working very hard to eat well and get to the gym.

At lunch I ran out to pick up a few items that we needed at home beats having to stop at the grocery store after work. There I am minding my own business, waiting on this lady to finish picking up the flexseeds so that I can grab a bag...another item in my eating plan to promote good health. She took two bags and started to put a 3rd on in her cart when she suddenly step away and said "I'm afraid of someone your size" Really! This was a perfect stranger. Mind you I'm a happy person, I don't walk around agree or scowling at people. I'm the type of person who would be one of the first to help a stranger, I have never been prone to violence ... not my nature.

Needless to say this has really thrown me for a loop, what is wrong with people? The irony is that she was not exactly a skinny mini herself...

I didnt run out a buy a snickers bar...if anything my resolve to stay on track is strong as ever...I really needed to vent!!!!!
