My workout blog was posted a few weeks ago, but I plan on following it still. With my kids starting basketball season soon, I will have to get up at 4:30 AM to get my main workout in, I don't count my 2 daily walks M-F here, because that is something that I do at work and it will not affect my other plans for working out. I will have to switch up the cardio classes that are in the evening, but that will not happen until Mid November so for now they stay on my plan. Listed below.
I am going to eat my fruits and veggies daily, I am so bad with the fruits, but I am going to make smoothies with the fruit some ice, protein powder and unsweetened almond milk, the fruit will make it sweet enough. I love veggies and my plan this round is to try a new one each week. Green veggies are my all time favorite. I go the local farmers market weekly, this way I will have my fruits and veggies on had all the time, NO EXCUSES! My reward will come next June when I have my 20 year high school reunion and I walk through the doors of the venue and knock everyone out of their seats. LOL! No but really, my reward will be a happier healthier, more confident me. That will be the best reward of all!
