I finally got serious about following the fitness plan the last week of August. I enlisted my husbands help and have been tracking almost faithfully since then. I love the way my new routine makes me feel. My body is getting leaner and my clothes are fitting better. The weight itself has been going down slow, but it is on its way down now. My new mini-challenge is to break under the 160 mark. I am pretty confident that if I continue to be consistent I will manage it within the next two weeks.
