its been so long!

busy busy busy... plus lacking sleep has lead me to get sick for a good week.... my whole routine has been thrown off and ive been concerned with everyone besides myself.. i always think of the airplane going down in these situations.. if you cant cover yourself you cant care for anyone else! I lose sight of that in the hours that pass by in the day.. school has been going on for a few weeks now im taking 4 classes and attempting to balance school work with house work and family time with which comes nephews homework and meal times.. not to mention trying to manage any outside fun thrown in.. its probably been a good 3 to 4 weeks ive lost of working out.. though i think flying off the handle and jumping to conclusions.. count a little hehe I havent been tracking my food which i was doing so good on! but i think i can gauge servings and tend to make my meals a little healthier now so ive stayed at the same weight luckily ...now i just need to jump back on the routine bandwagon and get back to me ..ive missed the feeling after a good jog and a good burn n sweat session i just need to recover til im back at neutral for this evil sickness then i can start to work it back up to what it was....oh how i have missed you spark! i need to rekindle my fire and keep it going!
