Probably won't be able to see the picture well. But I have a new workout! I increased the weight on everything.
I have a detailed listing of what exercises I do on my shared fitness tracker on my page, if you want to see it. I always write what I do under 'Exercise Note'--- the fitness tracked is just the close equivalent for sake of tracking calories.
I always forget how many reps to do so I have it on this sheet of paper. It feels good to upgrade! I like saving time by doing heavier weights and less reps.
