Well, I did it

So I made it to the gym. I did 65 mins on treadmill. I ran 8 times during the hour for .25 of a mile each time. I did fine up untill my 7th .25 of a mile. My knee felt like it was going to split open on the side. I slowed the run down to a walk and recovered. I did one more .25 mile run before my workout was over but it was full of knee pain. Ugh... I will work more on stretching before workout. I really want to keep running. Right now I'm icing and elevating before my shower :)

    Sounds like you had an awesome workout until the knee thing. Why do you want to run instead of walking? Interval? You can use incline with walking to do intervals as well...?

    good plan to stretch my trainer has me walk a short distance then stretch do my walk cool down which has a lot of stretching when i finish and then emoticon emoticon emoticon has me do my planks do planks
