I have a cold. My second cold in two months. Ugh. Yesterday was awful but I'm feeling better today and I plan to go out for a run on Saturday.
My boyfriend is leaving for London tomorrow morning for a 10k race on Saturday. I wish I was going with him. I'm going to miss him until he gets back to me on Monday night.
I'm eating healthy which I think is vital if I want to maintain my weight loss. However, I'm not losing at the moment. I need to step up my game a bit if I want to continue to lose weight... and I want to.
