Cold

I have a cold. My second cold in two months. Ugh. Yesterday was awful but I'm feeling better today and I plan to go out for a run on Saturday.
My boyfriend is leaving for London tomorrow morning for a 10k race on Saturday. I wish I was going with him. I'm going to miss him until he gets back to me on Monday night.
I'm eating healthy which I think is vital if I want to maintain my weight loss. However, I'm not losing at the moment. I need to step up my game a bit if I want to continue to lose weight... and I want to.

    I hope you're feeling better now. A remedy that makes me feel better is the following: Peel and onion and cut it in half. Put it cut side down in a container of honey. Leave it for 24 hrs or so. Then take the onion out, and take a spoonful when needed. It helps boost the immune system.

    You have to tell me about your country. I would think just by its name it is cold. Do you have summers. Your background picture is a beach. I just can't can't imagine Iceland being like a resort. How far is London from you? You can fill me in by sparkmail if you like. lol
