Working at an tax office, often the days are either hectic beyond belief or boring to the point of tears. Rarely in between.
At the moment it's not all that hectic as the deadline is coming to a close. However, it's not exactly been boring. Other things have kept me hopping. When it's five o' clock I'll punch out and scream my tires out of the parkling lot to get the triplets. It'll be a fight to get them in the car, an even bigger fight to keep them in the car, and another larger fight to get the out of the car. Supper will be a whirlwind, then it's out to do a little gardening with the dogs before dark.
I'll hit the laundry room like whirlwind and fall into bed sometime around midnight. And charlie, the littlest of our family, will crawl into bed beside me with a huff and an expression of "why didn't you do this earlier?" look.
And I will melt. Because that right there is what makes the day less hectic.
