Day 1 of health and gratitude

Today I have decided to stop feeling sorry for myself and do something about it because really any way you cit it all the excuses and nonsense is just me feeling sorry for my self because I don't think I can do it. Garbage! Today I committed to 90 days of health and wellness. I am going to do Jillian Michael's Body Revolution and 90 days of gratitude.

I made it through the day 1 of JMBR and am not sure if I am going to be able to lift my arms tomorrow but oh well!! lol I am on track for calories and feel pretty good.

Today I am grateful for the fortitude to keep trying and the support of my husband and son to help me get where I want to go and I am grateful for hair that can be both curly and straight and look great both ways. lol It feels so silly to say things like that but I a, so hard on myself I am going to love a different body part everyday.

    Way to go! We make decisions and get working on them, we need to remember the way we felt the moment we made that decision and keep that in our minds too because that is what keeps us motivated
