Hello all....I'm scared! SparkCoach told me to do this so here I go.......
My new personal Fitness Challenge is:
Beginning today 9/13 I will do 10 situps. Every day I will add 2 more situps.. 10-12-14-16...etc. By the end of my 30 day challenge I will be doing approximately 70 situps at one time.
You have to understand this is so so huge for me. I have absolutely no ab strength ... but I WANT IT !!!
Well there is it! Challenge for the first 30 days and who knows what I "WILL" come up with for the next 30 day fitness challenge!!
Just writing it down in front of all of you to view pumps me up! I will keep you posted of course, accountability, and will give you a view of my new 6 pack.... just kidding!!

9/14 12 crunches done (I need to clarify "crunches on ball" not situps...situps to come!)
9/15 14 crunches done!
