Public Personal Fitness Challenge

emoticon Hello all....I'm scared! SparkCoach told me to do this so here I go.......
My new personal Fitness Challenge is:
Beginning today 9/13 I will do 10 situps. Every day I will add 2 more situps.. 10-12-14-16...etc. By the end of my 30 day challenge I will be doing approximately 70 situps at one time.
You have to understand this is so so huge for me. I have absolutely no ab strength ... but I WANT IT !!!
Well there is it! Challenge for the first 30 days and who knows what I "WILL" come up with for the next 30 day fitness challenge!! emoticon
Just writing it down in front of all of you to view pumps me up! I will keep you posted of course, accountability, and will give you a view of my new 6 pack.... just kidding!! emoticon emoticon

9/14 12 crunches done (I need to clarify "crunches on ball" not situps...situps to come!)
9/15 14 crunches done!

    That sounds like a cool goal. I don't have any ab strength either. To justify watching Entertainment Tonight in the past, I would do sit ups or crunches during the commercials--this habit only lasted a few weeks though.

i actually made a goal to do crunches for the entire song of vengaboys "up and down"...i love it! lol
oh yes...firm flat tummys...here we come!!

    I think this is AWESOME!! And very Do-able! Not over whelming :) It is a way to keep pushing forward!! YOU GO!!!

I LOVE this challenge for me too - I can do this too with my elliptical. I feel stupid staying on it 8 minutes - BUT I can do 8 mins and if I increase it in increments and with a goal of .. say 4 more mins each time - or x mins each week... It makes it do-able. Push ups - Sit-ups -- and Elliptical
