So i worked out in the first time in like ever just got done actually! And i have to say, i feel greeeeeeaaaat! Omg wonderfull...im coverd in sweat feeling grimey and so full of energy! Loving it! So my question is, and im guessing other ppl do this, wtf do we put of working out and getting the rush when it feels so good when were done? Its so good for us. Every person on the planet should work out or at least lead an active lifestyle! I feel better right now than i have probley since the last time i worked out! I am pondering as to why im like nooooo i just dont feel like working out today, ill just keep sitting on my ass doing nothing exceping inhaling and exhaling and and looking at cute pictures of cats on facebook! Whats your excusses when your trying to avoid a workout?
