    Sounds good! I am back to tracking all my food, too. I did so yesterday even though I overate. But I missed four days of tracking with my impulsive weekend roadtrip and the two days it took to get back into the swing of things.

    If you are just starting yoga and haven't tried MegaYoga by Megan Garcia or her earlier one Yoga: Just My Size With Megan Garcia give them a try. I enjoy them very much.
