Day 1 BLC20

Today I am starting BLC 20 with lots of enthusiasm and goals for the day:

Pack a gym bag for the car.- swimsuit, flip flops, towel, shorts , top, sneakers, lotion/makeup for after shower.

At least 10 min of exercise every day ( hopefully more but at least 10 not matter what)

Drink water!

3 fruits and veggies everyday
