So, now that I have a gym membership I feel like I can finally get serious about lifting weights and bulking up a bit. The trainer at the Y hooked me up with a good starting routine and told me that if I wanted to add more machines/free weights after the first month then I could just make another appointment.
Trying not to get my hopes set too high as far as what kind of results I could reasonably expect to see in a few months, but I really am hoping to see some muscle growth by that time.
