My version of Starbucks Pumpkin Spice latte (my fave time of the year)

I know everyone has their own version of this but I thought I would share a warning if you are in the induction phase I would not recommend this since it is still about 11 net carbs/serving.

Starbucks like: Lowish carb pumpkin spice latte

I put an estimate of the spices I used, I mainly did those to taste but I did measure everything else.

Minutes to Cook: 5
Number of Servings: 8


I drink coffee hot or cold and since it will be warm here till probably November at least I keep this in the fridge and stir it before drinking.

Also, some other versions of this recipe call for brown sugar but since that is WAY to many carbs I used regular splenda, if you have brown sugar splenda feel free to try that instead.


*Pumpkin, canned, without salt, .5 cup

*Nutmeg, ground, 3 tbsp

*Cinnamon, ground, 3 tbsp

*Pumpkin Pie spice, 3 tbsp

*Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 4 tbsp

*Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 3/4 cup

*Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 3 cups

*Fat free half and half, 1 cup

*Coffee - Half decaf/half regular, 8 cups

1. Start brewing coffee

2. Mix all ingredients except half and half in a saucepan and warm

3. In a large container (I use a gallon size and it fills about 1/2 way) pour brewed coffee, half and half, and the saucepan mixture.

4. Top with whipped cream (not included in nutritional value) and enjoy

Serving Size: Makes approximately 8-1 cup servings

    Nothing beats the real thing but 7'11' and Maverik have a spiced pumpkin coffee that I mix 1/4 with regular brew and it tastes great. Maxwell House International cafe has a pumpkin spice flavor that I mix just a teaspoon in with my regular brew and it's good too.

    well mine is not a skinny version just low carb and I will say nothing is quite as good as the real thing but they just cost too much both in nutrition and $ lol.......

    and fyi if you make this make sure you stir well before drinking since the pumpkin will settle to the bottom after sitting. :-)

    I absolutely LOVE all the pumpkin flavor stuff for the fall. emoticon for the recipe!! I'm going to try it this weekend. emoticon My mom has the splenda brown sugar so I think I will try that.
