Small Small Victories

Today I got to thinking that I am going to start thinking positive about myself, not get STRESS about anything, to not beat myself up for every little mistake I do ar did,because let me tell ya I am very very hard on myself I want everything to go perfect .. now you know that life does not let you do that.. she keeps throwing curve balls so that I can swing harder... well I got to analyzing this morning with my breakfast.. thinking on all the things that I have been doing right even if I slip sometimes but I get back up and move forward.. I am eating healthier making better choices not frying at all eating lots of fruits and veggies even trying out new ones..I have been exercising I start off with the 10 mins then end up with 30 to 45 mins most of the days I am feeling better not as tired when I am working.. I am sleeping better 7 to 8 hours.. I am more organized life seem simpler when things are in order.. my clothes fit looser.. but my scale does not move but like I said I am not gonna let it get to me I have lots of other accomplishments.. oh I am even playing with my boys at the park this momma is not sitting on the side line watching them have fun now I am having fun and best of all making memories.... I think these are all pretty good small victories ...

my sister walks 15,000 steps a day at 63 years old and has lost 105 pounds. she went from a size 24 to a size 10. all her health issues dropped off as the 105 pounds dropped off.

i gave up grain and sugary products and have lost 44 pounds at age 60. i went from a size 18 to a size 10 shorts and medium tops from a 1 or 2x.

we are both still loosing weight until we reach our goal
