I had been getting a little frustrated lately with the one to two pound loss a week and sometimes with a dial scale its really hard to tell. I know that losing one to two pounds a week is the best way to go but it can be a little frustrating. Anyways after last challenge was over I told myself I wasn't gonna weigh in anymore till next challenge but I got curious and weighed in this morning and was down 5. Its been two weeks so that is still just 2.5 pounds a week but it sounds better, LOL!! Funny how our minds work! I am not weighing in anymore till the start of next challenge and hopefully will be down another 5. Also doing some better on sleep. Although I am up late tonight and may sleep in the morning, I have been getting up at 8:30 in the morning and I like it better but it's still hard to get to sleep sometimes but that will come, eventually I hope!
