Had a badluck

Thursday, September 13, 2012

I was doing really good with that knee surgery but there is to be a but

I was going out in the back , i do not go out there often and i had not notice that with all the snow last summer the ramp on the stair was lose
Anyway i grab the ramp to be save to make sure i would not fall and bad thing
it was loose so i was to fall so since i had done karada an juda and the first thing they show you is how to fall , i automatically send myself back if not i would have fll face down on the stair. but by doing so i did not more my feet and i fell backward with both my knee under me. So i did not do very good to both knee i have often lotd of pain in both knee and back, it was better falling like that but not good either so now i do have to walk often with the cane but by continuing to
try and doing a little at time i will do it but i was doing so good and this get me slow down . But i will do it but it will take more time

I too fell on both knees and on my backside......yes at a elementary school.
I am working now on my feet 7-10 hours and, it is hard. I was lucky to not have
torn my miniscus.. I am asking for part time work and, this way I don't lose my job. I just started almost 3 months ago. We have to walk slowly.. emoticon
