Changes Since Developing Healthier Habits

I started running on a regular basis one year ago. I'm still wearing the same shorts that I wore last year, but now they're all looser. I was running in one pair last week, and they were actually falling off! Although my weight hasn't changed much over that time, my leg and butt muscles are definitely more toned and shapely. I can certainly see changes that don't involve a scale.
